Wellbeing Leadership

Wellbeing Leadership Banner

Mission:

To provide a direct, experiential understanding that wellbeing practices embodied and fostered by leaders not only improve the health of individuals and teams, but also increase the capacity of an organization to innovate and sustain performance in an increasingly interconnected, complex and dynamic world.

Why this? Why now? Why CSH?

Our leaders are overworked, overbooked and over-stimulated. Each day, they’re dealing with unprecedented uncertainty and unrelenting stress. What can we do or say to alleviate the pressure? How can we help them and their organizations make the most of these challenging times?
The Center for Spirituality and Healing is uniquely positioned to educate, facilitate and evoke wellbeing in the workplace based on:

  • 15 years of experience in transforming healthcare
  • Research and evidence-based philosophy
  • Experience in education design
  • Access to online learning applications such as Moodle
  • Experiential retreats that evolve from our successful and highly impactful direct–to-consumer programs
  • Diverse and multi-disciplinary faculty, facilitators and subject matter experts

As a wellbeing leader you will:

  • Understand the value of your own wellbeing, the wellbeing of others, and the impact this has on the workplace.
  • Develop and maintain wellbeing practices and leadership skills in the face of complexity and challenge.
  • Recognize and work with patterns at a whole person and whole systems level.
  • Evoke innovative thinking and allow answers to emerge from diverse perspectives
  • Take adaptive action that transforms individuals, teams and the organization.
  • Energize positive change by making wellbeing contagious!

Program Components

  • Focus on whole person growth & wellbeing, whole systems leadership, and organizational transformation.
  • A creative blend of programming that includes four intensive face-to-face sessions, small group cohorts, independent and online learning
  • Emphasis on practices that are simple, concrete, powerful and inspiring
