Wellbeing Leadership
Mission:To provide a direct, experiential understanding that wellbeing practices embodied and fostered by leaders not only improve the health of individuals and teams, but also increase the capacity of an organization to innovate and sustain performance in an increasingly interconnected, complex and dynamic world. Why this? Why now? Why CSH?Our leaders are overworked, overbooked and over-stimulated. Each day, they’re dealing with unprecedented uncertainty and unrelenting stress. What can we do or say to alleviate the pressure? How can we help them and their organizations make the most of these challenging times?
