What is the Working On Purpose Facilitator Training?
The training is an intense, hands-on workshop that nurtures and develops a cohort of  trained “coaches” who can then promote the message of finding purpose and meaning in the second half of life by facilitating their own Working on Purpose™ conversations and/or workshops.

With the help of the book "Claiming Your Place at the Fire" along with a qualified facilitator, Working on Purpose can be offered throughout the country so that thousands will have the opportunity to experience the impact of the workshop.

Who is This Workshop For?
The workshop is for a selected group of facilitators. It is for:

  • Coaches in their own practice, or in organizations who want to expand their capacities and learn new tools for working with their clients.
  • Coaches and facilitators who want to utilize the Working On Purpose program and materials in their organizations

What are the Criteria for Facilitators?

Upon completion of the workshop, you will:

  • Understand the Working On Purpose comprehensive model and techniques.
  • Learn new strategies for helping seasoned people reinvent themselves for the second half of life
  • Confirm your market &/or development focus
