The Purpose Project Guild

The Purpose Project What is The Purpose Project Guild?
The purpose of the guild is to enhance the competencies of facilitators who specialize in coaching "new elders" who are entering into or moving through the second half of their lives.  The other purpose  is to be a memeber of a "community of practice."

What is the Benefit of the Guild?
The Guild certifies facilitators to:

  1. Coach New Elders
  2. Facilitate the Working on Purpose programs
  3. Utilize the Inventure tools

What Certifies a Guild Coach?
Becoming a Facilitator/Coach is based on following:

  • Training expertise
    • A minimum of 3 years of teaching/training adults
    • Have conducted individual development training within a corporate, school, religious or government setting
  • Adult Development Expertise
    • Background, training, knowledge, expertise and experience in adult development
    • Coaching certification &/or advanced education in a field related to adult development
  • Commitment
    • A written statement of exactly how you will use the Working On Purpose program and how often you will use it
