Catherine Carpenter, D.Min. Rev., has extensive, successful experience in providing coaching to help organizations, teams and individuals realize their full potential. She draws on over 25 years experience, a holistic framework and feminine model of coaching-- like a midwife -- of deep listening, reverence, compassion, framing or re-framing, feedback, art-as-meditation, and other structures to assist individuals in living from their soul essence and developing full potential. Clients count on her deep listening, insight, compassion and uncanny ability to capture the context and get to the heart of what matters. Her optimism about people’s ability to grow and change coupled with her broad scope of knowledge allows her to provide creative solutions that meet the unique needs of each individual or organization. Catherine brings her heart in service of “one planet—one people”. She believes that developing and practicing self-awareness, self-discovery, and self-love evokes inner peace and wellness within. This in turn, fuels our compassion and the use of our creative gifts in service of justice and peace making. Catherine is a member of the Aslan Institute.
