Health Coaching Program Graduates

Mary Baker, BSN, MN, RN (graduated 2010)
Mary is a holistic health coach who has formed her own business, Health Perspectives, LLC. She lives in Hopkins and is available for both private coaching and group classes.

Mary is a registered nurse with experience in mental health, chemical dependency, occupational health, and school health. She uses a holistic approach in helping clients access their own inner wisdom. She believes that people can achieve personal growth and balance through the experience of having a present companion to hear and witness their own story without judgment. Through a process of awareness and acceptance of what is, one can go forward in making changes in life. Re-evaluation of one’s history, reframing of thoughts, exploration and evaluation of resources and options are used. Various mind-body techniques support this process.

Mary received her nursing degree and health coaching certificate from the University of Minnesota and her Master’s in Psychosocial Nursing from the University of Washington, Seattle. She has complete basic and advanced training at The Center for Mind Body Medicine in Washington, DC. She is a life-long learner and member of the International Enneagram Association and the Minnesota Holistic Nurses Association.
