![]() You're invited to take part in a research study for people with chronic insomnia. Chronic insomnia is a major public health problem, affecting millions of Americans daily. It may increase risks for depression and anxiety, as well as reduce quality of life and work productivity. This study will compare a mind-body approach, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), with an approved prescription sleep medication for insomnia.
