Medicinal Mushrooms Research
Have you recently been diagnosed with breast cancer?The University of Minnesota is conducting research on a medicinal mushroom (Trametes versicolor) to better understand immune response in women undergoing treatment for breast cancer. You may be eligible if you: - have been diagnosed with stage I, II or III breast cancer
- are or have been receiving chemotherapy
- are soon scheduled to begin radiation therapy
- are between the ages of 21 and 75
