Sue Nankivell

Sue Nankivell is Director of Business Development and Community Relations at the University of Minnesota's Earl E. Bakken Center for Spirituality & Healing. Sue collaborates with Center subject matter experts and University, business, and community stakeholders to develop and implement products and services that enhance wellbeing at the individual, community and organizational levels.

Sue's experience in collaborating with and supporting client organizations in achieving their goals spans more than 25 years. She has worked closely with organizations including Fortune 500 corporations, globally renowned health systems, colleges and universities, businesses of all sizes and over many verticals, nonprofits, counties and municipalities. She has deep experience working with healthcare organizations in support of employee wellbeing, leadership, and organizational wellbeing.  

Most recently in her role at the Bakken Center, Sue and her team have implemented strategies to expand the reach and accessibility of Center programming, including free, donation-based programming on scalable platforms; pay-what-you can pricing for community programs; the implementation of a community engagement committee; and the diversification of community programming instructors and featured speakers.
