The Earl E. Bakken Center for Spirituality & Healing is proud to partner with the University of Minnesota's Wellbeing Program. Uplan members and spouses can attend the Bakken Center courses and events listed below to earn wellbeing points and save money on their health premiums. Learn from our faculty and experts on ways to take an integrative approach your wellbeing today.

Take the assessment and review evidence based resources to learn how a holistic approach to wellbeing can help you discover health, contentment, purpose, and connection for 25 points under the Wellbeing My Way pledge opportunity.

Join us for a Stress Busters session three times over the program year and earn 25 points under the Wellbeing My Way pledge opportunity. These weekly one-hour drop-in sessions consisting of meditation and light movement are free and open to UMN faculty, staff, and students on Tuesdays at noon.

Our retreats are designed for both participants who are brand new to mindfulness and experienced practitioners. Whether your goal is to inspire a daily practice, deepen your understanding of mindfulness techniques, or create community, attend a retreat and earn 50 points under the Wellbeing My Way pledge opportunity.

Talks by internationally-regarded experts that are designed to support individuals, organizations, and communities in finding their respective pathways to greater health, deeper healing, and life-long wellbeing. Attend up to three Wellbeing Series events per program year and receive 25 points for each event under the Wellbeing My Way pledge opportunity.
