Leading with Purpose Conference

Best Practices and Insights for Minnesota's Leaders

This event, a collaboration with the Carlson School of Management, seeks to provide a new opportunity for leaders to find the tools and support to bring the best out of their teams and organizations.

This year we will discover the "why" that drives our leadership and inspires the culture around us. Join us Monday, October 21, to hear from industry experts, including Richard Leider, Maggie Tomas, Mariann Johnson, and Louellen Essex, as they share practical insights and challenge us to lead with a greater sense of purpose.

Featured Speaker- Richard Leider

Richard Leider

Why do you want to be a leader? The answer to that question will make a significant difference in how well you lead.  Your purpose inspires why you lead and how you engage others. Richard will present a practical framework and three paths for becoming a more purposeful leader. Purpose is fundamental to health, healing, happiness, and, ultimately, to becoming a trusted leader.

Richard Leider, founder of Inventure-The Purpose Company, is a senior fellow at the Earl E. Bakken Center for Spirituality & Healing. He has written ten books including three bestsellers which have sold over one million copies. The Power of Purpose is considered a classic in the personal growth field.
