Each year in our student survey, students share that they take Center courses to better understand how to manage stress, and improve their mental health and wellbeing. At the beginning of this unprecedented fall semester, student stress will likely be even more prevalent than usual.

Our academic courses are open to current students at the University of Minnesota and students at other academic institutions, so you can earn credits while exploring health and wellbeing topics. Additionally, because many of our courses were designed to be offered online, you'll experience rich and engaging interactive learning opportunities.
