Each year in our student survey, students share that they take Center courses to better understand how to manage stress, and improve their mental health and wellbeing. At the beginning of this unprecedented fall semester, student stress will likely be even more prevalent than usual.

Our new Student Wellbeing Guide features tips and strategies to help students focus on their wellbeing as they start the new semester.

We have also created a new Wellbeing Guide for non-students.

Our academic courses are open to current students at the University of Minnesota and students at other academic institutions, so you can earn credits while exploring health and wellbeing topics.
