Mindfulness Trends in the Workplace

For over 30 years now, a great deal of research has been conducted demonstrating the possible benefits of mindfulness meditation on one’s physical health and overall wellbeing. This workshop will highlight mindfulness research as it applies to workplace settings and employee wellbeing. Trends and considerations in workplace mindfulness program offerings will also be explored. Time will be allocated for participants to share their experiences with mindfulness programming in workplace settings.
