All of us want to be happy and avoid suffering. Yet too often we make choices that sabotage us. Tibetan medicine, Tibet’s ancient science of healing, teaches that the purpose of life is to be happy, and that after our basic needs are met, happiness results primarily from our own thinking.

Tibetan medicine describes the intricate relationship between mind and body. In this webinar, Dr. Miriam Cameron and Dr. Tenzin Namdul will explain how to use Tibetan medicine for self-care and as a complement to modern medicine. Tibetan medicine empowers us to make mindful, informed choices that create health and happiness for ourselves, others, and our planet.
