The photos show His Holiness, Dr. Tenzin Namdul, Dr. Katie Schuver, Kieran Kadlec, Sofia Logan, Correna Miller, and Jonathan Nghiem. Congratulations, 2018 India Group!

The Center offers two exciting courses about Tibetan Medicine:

  • CSPH 5315 – “Traditional Tibetan Medicine: Ethics, Spirituality, & Healing,” 2 credits, online, Fall and Spring.
  • CSPH 5318 – “Tibetan Medicine, Ayurveda, & Yoga in India,” 4 credits. The annual India trip is during May Session. CSPH 5315 is the prerequisite for CSPH 5318.

During each India trip, the Group visits the Taj Mahal in Agra and travels to Dharamsala in the spectacular Himalayan Mountains. Dharamsala, is home to His Holiness and a large Tibetan refugee community. Doctors at Men-Tsee-Khang, the Tibetan Medical Institute, teach the Group their “Six Day Course about Tibetan Medicine.”
