New Episode of Take 5: Discovering Your Purpose

new episode of our podcast, Take 5 for Your Health and Wellbeing, is out! In this episode, we sit down with Richard Leider. Leider, a senior fellow at the Center, is the author of 10 books, including three bestsellers, and his PBS special, The Power of Purpose, has been seen by millions of viewers. Leider discusses his life-coaching practice and how you can discovering your purpose can change your life. Tune in to learn more!

"I have a colleague who has an answering machine on his phone-- you know when you call him and you leave a message--it says, 'At the sound of the tone please leave your answer to life's two eternal questions: who are you, and what do you want?'" Leider says. This is a great anecdote for how Leider recommends you beging to discover your purpose. He reminds us in this episode that finding your purpose is not a selfish act--it is, in fact, selfless.
