New Episode of Take 5: Taking Care of Yourself

A new episode of our podcast, Take 5 for Your Health and Wellbeing, is out! In this episode, we sat down with Laurie Kubes, DNP, to discuss self-care. With a new school year starting up, you may feel more stressed than you did in the summer months--now is a great time to create a routine to take care of yourself in order to manage this stress and create a healthier, happier lifestyle.

"We know if we're taking care of ourselves we are healthier, happier people. And we know if we're caring for ourselves we're much more able to care for others, and that tends to be an important thing for the majority of us humans. We've also seen that better self-care--paying attention to your health and wellbeing--results in less illness, better immunity, more positive thinking, better self-esteem.
