New Episode of Take 5: Using Integrative Healthcare with Children

new episode of the Center's "Take 5 for Your Health and Wellbeing" podcast is out! In this episode, we sit down with Lynn Gershan to discuss how integrative healthcare practices have been used successfully with children and how Lynn has used traditional Chinese medicine in her work. Tune in to learn more about how integrative healthcare can have a positive effect on kids!

Lynn is the medical director for integrative health and wellbeing at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital and has an appointment at the Center. Lynn is a pediatrician with training in traditional Chinese medicine, clinical self-hypnosis, medical aromatherapy, and other modalities.

The biweekly Take Five for Your Health and Wellbeing podcast provides science-based health and wellbeing tips and interviews with experts.
