Tuition & Scholarships

Each July, the University of Minnesota Board of Regents approves the tuition and fees for the upcoming year. The cost of attendance will vary for each student. Tuition rates are fees subject to change. See the OneStop links below for current tuition rates.

Full-Time Graduate

Full-Time Graduate student tuition is approximately $9,000 per semester for both residents and non-residents. In addition, there is a student services fee (approximately $508/semester), a College Fee (approximately $250/semester), and other University fees (approximately $385/semester).

Part-Time Graduate

Part-Time Graduate student tuition is exactly $1,593 per credit, for both residents and non-residents. In addition, there is a College Fee ($250/semester) and other University fees (approximately $385/semester). For part-time students, student services fees are charged based on how many credits a student is taking.
